While many overseas visitors may be thinking of Canada as a destination for wilderness adventure, Canada also offers opportunities for urban-focused tourism.

Our three biggest cities offer lots to do and see: Montreal , Toronto , Vancouver . Each of these cities probably has more than enough to keep a first-time visitor busy for a week or two.

But European visitors be aware that, while these cities have public transit systems , they are not as extensive as found in most cities in Europe of comparable size. We are still very much in love with our automobiles, so you might want to consider renting a car. It is cheaper than in Europe.
